1. What are the Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data and What Personal Data We Process?

Website Visiting
We process your information about your use of the Website and the Application to detect and correct technical/software errors and deficiencies encountered during your visit to the Website and/or Application.

Membership of Newsletter (Creating Subscription to the Newsletter) We process your identity (name and surname) and contact (email address) information for the purposes of facilitating newsletter subscription processes, sending newsletters, and, if necessary, providing information about campaigns, sweepstakes, and other events within the scope of the newsletter.

Processing of Personal Data for Commercial Communication

With your consent to receive commercial communications/explicit consent, we process your identity information (name, surname) and contact details (email address) for the purposes of conducting commercial communication activities aimed at introducing partnerships with third parties and recommending products suitable for you; carrying out general or personalized campaigns, benefits, promotions, advertisements, notifications, and marketing activities tailored to you; conducting commercial communication activities (via email); sending customer satisfaction surveys related to our products and services; sharing invitations to campaigns, competitions, raffles, openings, and other events; and delivering our monthly newsletters.

Legal Processes and Internal Activities

In the event of disputes, we process your identity information (name, surname), contact details (phone number, email address), and legal transaction information (correspondence and file information related to dispute processes) for the purposes of exercising our rights in any litigation, response, or objection before official institutions such as courts, enforcement offices, or arbitration boards. Additionally, we process this information to manage negotiation and resolution processes related to disputes, provide necessary information upon your request, and carry out internal audits, internal control and reporting, testing, development, and improvement activities.

2. To Whom and For What Purpose May We Transfer Your Personal Data?

We share your personal data with;

• The domestic service providers and business partners of our company in order to receive product and service support in the fields of information technologies, marketing/advertising/analysis activities or consultancy requiring expertise, etc,
• Authorized public institutions and organizations and judicial authorities, limited to the information requested from us, in order to provide information and documents to, and fulfill our other related obligations against these institutions, organizations, and authorities, and use our legal rights such as filing and responding to a lawsuit,
• Our business partners within the scope of activities related to increasing the visit traffic on the Website.

We collect your personal data using automated or non-automated methods, such as recording the information you provide during newsletter subscription processes into our systems, saving the information you share through communication channels (e.g., phone calls, emails) into our systems, recording your requests and complaints communicated to us through communication channels or during interactions on our Site using cookies and similar technologies as detailed in our Cookie Policy, and logging your conversations with us.

We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:

• For newsletter subscription and related services, on the basis of the necessity of processing data for the performance of the subscription agreement.
• To fulfill legal obligations arising from regulations, on the basis of the necessity of processing data to comply with legal obligations.
• For purposes related to commercial communication, on the basis of obtaining your explicit consent.

You have the right to withdraw your explicit consent at any time without providing any justification, upon which we will cease processing your personal data based on explicit consent.

You can always apply to us for your rights in Article 11 of the Law regarding your personal data processed by us. (We would like to remind you that the relevant request must comply with the conditions in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller).
